These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website baolingshan.buzz (the "Site") and the computer systems design services provided by Xi'an Baolingshan Network Technology Co., Ltd. (operating as Bao Ling Shan, "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Services

Bao Ling Shan provides computer systems design services, including but not limited to systems architecture planning, cloud infrastructure design, backend engineering, cybersecurity consulting, data engineering, DevOps implementation, enterprise software development, AI and machine learning integration, and IT consulting (collectively, the "Services"). All Services are provided pursuant to a separate written agreement executed between the client and the Company.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or its security features.
  • Introduce malicious or technologically harmful material.
  • Use any automated means (scraping, crawling) to extract data without prior written consent.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Xi'an Baolingshan Network Technology Co., Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The name "Bao Ling Shan," the logo, and the domain baolingshan.buzz are proprietary marks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

4. Client Deliverables

Any systems designs, architecture documents, code, configurations, or other deliverables produced as part of a client engagement are governed by the terms of the individual service agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing, the Company retains ownership of methodologies, tools, and pre-existing intellectual property used in the delivery of Services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Bao Ling Shan does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Site is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Xi'an Baolingshan Network Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
